  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg. Mix well.
  2. Add flour and salt to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Scoop a tablespoon of batter and shape into a small pancake. Place in the frying pan.
  5. Cook each side for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with sour cream or jam.
