Russian Cheese Pancakes Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg. Mix well.
Add flour and salt to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Scoop a tablespoon of batter and shape into a small pancake. Place in the frying pan.
Cook each side for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm with sour cream or jam.
