  • 1 cup finely chopped nuts
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup rum
  • 3 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • Additional powdered sugar for rolling

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, combine crushed vanilla wafers, powdered sugar, nuts, and cocoa powder.
  2. Stir in rum and corn syrup until well blended.
  3. Shape into 1-inch balls.
  4. Roll in additional powdered sugar.
  5. Store in an airtight container.
