- 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup finely chopped nuts
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- ¼ cup rum
- 3 tablespoons light corn syrup
- Additional powdered sugar for rolling
In a large bowl, combine crushed vanilla wafers, powdered sugar, nuts, and cocoa powder.
Stir in rum and corn syrup until well blended.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Roll in additional powdered sugar.
Store in an airtight container.
