Ingredients 

Dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsalted butter cold, cut into pieces
  • 8 oz cream cheese cold, cut into pieces
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Filling

  • ½ cup apricot preserves
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, butter, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Mix until dough forms.
  2. 2. Divide dough into 4 equal parts, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. 3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out each dough piece into a circle.
  4. 4. Spread apricot preserves over the dough, sprinkle with walnuts, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  5. 5. Cut each circle into 8 wedges. Roll each wedge from the wide end to the point.
  6. 6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
