Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee or melted butter
  • ¾ cup Water Warm
  • as needed Oil For cooking

Instructions 

  1. Mix flour, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add ghee and warm water, knead into a smooth dough.
  3. Divide dough into small balls, coat with oil, and let rest for 2 hours.
  4. Roll out each ball into a thin sheet, fold and roll again.
  5. Heat skillet, cook each paratha with a bit of oil until golden brown.
