  • 2 cups fresh rose petals Make sure they are pesticide-free
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rinse the rose petals thoroughly and pat them dry.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  3. 3. Add the rose petals and lemon juice to the saucepan. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Once the mixture thickens to a jam-like consistency, remove from heat.
  5. 5. Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars, seal, and let it cool. Store in the refrigerator.
