Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk warm
  • 2 tablespoon active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 units eggs room temperature
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dried fruit mixed

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Add sugar, eggs, butter, and vanilla extract to the yeast mixture. Mix well.
  3. 3. Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. 4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. 5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. 6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. 7. Shape the dough into a ring and place it on a baking sheet. Decorate with dried fruit.
  8. 8. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. 9. Let it cool before serving.
