Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- ¾ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Mini Marshmallows
- 1 cup Chopped Nuts (Almonds or Walnuts)
- 1 cup Chocolate Chunks
In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
In the last few minutes of churning, add mini marshmallows, chopped nuts, and chocolate chunks.
Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
