Roasted Rack of Lamb Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 rack lamb (8 ribs)
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
Season the rack of lamb with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
Rub the mixture all over the lamb.
Place the lamb on a roasting pan, fat side up.
Roast for 25 minutes for medium-rare.
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
