Main Ingredients
- 4 Pork chops bone-in or boneless
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Rub the pork chops with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Place the pork chops on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
