  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Thyme chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rub the pork leg with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the pork leg in a roasting pan.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for about 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Let the pork rest for 15 minutes before carving.
