- 1 leg Pork about 4-5 pounds
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Rosemary chopped
- 1 tablespoon Thyme chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Rub the pork leg with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Place the pork leg in a roasting pan.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Let the pork rest for 15 minutes before carving.
