Simple and delicious roasted carrots, perfect as a side dish.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the carrots on a baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until tender and slightly caramelized.
Serve warm.
