Roast Leg of Lamb with Rosemary Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 leg lamb about 5-6 pounds
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Rub the mixture all over the lamb leg.
Place the lamb in a roasting pan.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 1.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
Let the lamb rest for 15 minutes before carving.
