Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken breasts
- 1 cup Ricotta cheese
- 2 cups Fresh spinach chopped
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the ricotta-spinach mixture.
Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
