  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the ricotta-spinach mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
