  • 4 lb Rib Eye Roast
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Rosemary chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Rub the rib eye roast with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the roast in a roasting pan and sprinkle minced garlic and chopped rosemary on top.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 325°F (165°C) and continue roasting for about 75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches your desired doneness.
  5. Remove the roast from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
