Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Rhubarb, chopped
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 unit Pie Crust pre-made or homemade
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine rhubarb, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract.
