  • 4 cups rhubarb, chopped
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter cut into small pieces
  • 1 unit pie crust top and bottom

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine rhubarb, sugar, and flour.
  3. Place the bottom pie crust in a pie dish and fill with the rhubarb mixture.
  4. Dot with butter and cover with the top crust. Seal the edges and cut small slits in the top to allow steam to escape.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  6. Let the pie cool before serving.
