Main Ingredients
- 4 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup butter, melted
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped rhubarb and sugar. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
In another bowl, mix the flour and baking powder. Add the milk and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
Pour the batter into a greased baking dish. Spread the rhubarb mixture over the batter. Drizzle the melted butter on top.
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool slightly before serving.
