Main Ingredients
- 500 g rhubarb, chopped
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 100 g flour
- 75 g butter, cold and cubed
- 50 g brown sugar
- 50 g rolled oats
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a mixing bowl, combine the rhubarb, sugar, and lemon juice. Transfer to a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix the flour and butter until it resembles breadcrumbs. Stir in the brown sugar and oats.
Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the rhubarb.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the top is golden and the rhubarb is bubbling.
