Rhubarb Crisp Recipe

Filling
- 4 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
Topping
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup flour
- ½ cup butter, melted
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine chopped rhubarb, sugar, and 1 tablespoon of flour. Mix well and spread evenly in a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix rolled oats, brown sugar, and ½ cup of flour. Pour melted butter over the mixture and stir until crumbly.
Sprinkle the topping evenly over the rhubarb mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the rhubarb is tender.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
