Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 bag Tortilla chips
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • ¼ cup Green onions, sliced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 unit Jalapeño, sliced optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips out on a baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded chicken evenly over the chips.
  4. Top with black beans, cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with salsa, sour cream, green onions, cilantro, and jalapeño slices if using.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
