Instructions

  4. 4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
  5. 5. Shape the dough into a log and wrap it in plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  6. 6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the dough into ¼-inch thick rounds and place on a baking sheet.
  7. 7. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Cool on a wire rack.
