Refried Bean and Cheese Enchiladas Recipe
Delicious and easy-to-make enchiladas filled with refried beans and cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Refried beans
- 2 cups Shredded cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend
- 8 pieces Tortillas Corn or flour
- 1 cup Enchilada sauce
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine refried beans and 1 cup of shredded cheese.
Fill each tortilla with the bean and cheese mixture, roll them up, and place them seam-side down in the baking dish.
Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top of the rolled tortillas.
Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot and enjoy!
