  • 1 large cucumber peeled and chopped
  • 0.5 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup honey or sugar
  • 4 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Blend cucumber until smooth.
  2. Strain cucumber puree into a pitcher.
  3. Add lemon juice, honey/sugar, and water. Stir well.
  4. Serve over ice. Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves if desired.
