Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Roasted Red Peppers chopped
  • ¼ cup Tahini
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice fresh
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, roasted red peppers, tahini, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and ground cumin.
  2. 2. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a bit of water until you reach the desired consistency.
  3. 3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with a bit of olive oil if desired. Serve with pita bread, veggies, or crackers.
