  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 7 g Dry yeast

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and sugar.
  2. In another bowl, dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour the yeast mixture and olive oil into the flour mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1-2 hours.
  6. Preheat your oven to 250°C (482°F).
  7. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  8. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet, add your favorite toppings, and bake for 10-12 minutes.
