Real Italian Pizza Dough Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 500 g All-purpose flour
- 325 ml Water lukewarm
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 7 g Dry yeast
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and sugar.
In another bowl, dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Pour the yeast mixture and olive oil into the flour mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1-2 hours.
Preheat your oven to 250°C (482°F).
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Transfer the dough to a baking sheet, add your favorite toppings, and bake for 10-12 minutes.
