Instructions
1. In a large saucepan, combine raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is dissolved.
3. Increase the heat to high and bring the mixture to a boil.
4. Boil for about 20-30 minutes, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens.
5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
6. Pour the jam into sterilized jars and seal.
7. Let the jars cool to room temperature before storing in the refrigerator.
