Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups Melted butter
  • 0.25 cups Sugar

Filling

  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cups Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups Fresh raspberries

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
  6. Spread the cream mixture over the cooled crust. Top with fresh raspberries.
  7. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
