Raspberry Chocolate Truffle Recipe
Delicious raspberry-infused chocolate truffles.

Main Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate, chopped
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 0.5 cup fresh raspberries, mashed
- 0.25 cup cocoa powder, for rolling
Heat the cream and butter in a saucepan until just boiling.
Pour over the chopped chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes.
Stir until smooth, then mix in the mashed raspberries.
Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
Scoop and roll into balls, then coat with cocoa powder.
