  • 200 g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cup fresh raspberries, mashed
  • 0.25 cup cocoa powder, for rolling

Instructions 

  1. Heat the cream and butter in a saucepan until just boiling.
  2. Pour over the chopped chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir until smooth, then mix in the mashed raspberries.
  4. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
  5. Scoop and roll into balls, then coat with cocoa powder.
