Raspberry Brie Bites

Main Ingredients
- 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed
- 4 oz Brie cheese cut into small pieces
- ½ cup Raspberry jam
- 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh rosemary optional
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 12 squares. Place each square into a mini muffin tin.
Add a piece of Brie cheese to each puff pastry square.
Spoon a small amount of raspberry jam over the Brie.
Sprinkle with chopped rosemary if using.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the pastry is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving.
