Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter softened
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Brown Sugar packed
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Old-Fashioned Oats
- 1 cup Shredded Coconut
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease baking sheets or line with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; stir into the creamed mixture until just blended. Mix in the oats, coconut, and chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
