Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Quinoa
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)

Instructions 

  1. Rinse quinoa under cold water.
  2. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add quinoa, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  4. Once quinoa is cooked, fluff with a fork and add to the mixing bowl. Add mixed vegetables and toss to combine.
