  • 1 cup Quinoa rinsed
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water using a strainer.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add the quinoa and a pinch of salt.
  3. 3. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes or until the water is absorbed.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and let it sit, covered, for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
