  • 2 cups milk any type
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, combine the quinoa, milk, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the quinoa is tender and the mixture has thickened.
  4. 4. Stir in the sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
