Instructions
1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water.

3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the quinoa is tender and the mixture has thickened.
4. Stir in the sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
