Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Quinoa
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 bunch Kale chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Rinse quinoa under cold water.
  2. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add quinoa, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, massage kale with olive oil and a pinch of salt until softened.
  4. Once quinoa is cooked, fluff with a fork and mix with kale. Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.
