Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa rinsed
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 banana sliced
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup almonds chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add the quinoa and a pinch of salt.
  3. 3. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the water is absorbed and the quinoa is tender.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and let it sit, covered, for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
  5. 5. Divide the quinoa into bowls. Top with sliced banana, blueberries, chopped almonds, and a drizzle of honey.
