1. In a large mixing bowl, mash the black beans with a fork or potato masher until mostly smooth.
2. Add the cooked quinoa, red bell pepper, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
4. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and heated through.
5. Serve the burgers on buns with your favorite toppings.
