- 1 sheet Pie crust store-bought or homemade
- 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup Gruyère cheese shredded
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Milk
- 4 Eggs large
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg ground
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Spread the cooked bacon and shredded Gruyère cheese evenly over the pie crust.
Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
