Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ cup Butter, melted
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool before serving. Enjoy your Quesadilla Salvadorena!
