Instructions 

  1. 1. Pour the maple syrup into a saucepan and attach a candy thermometer.
  2. 2. Heat the syrup over medium heat until it reaches 235°F (113°C).
  3. 3. Remove from heat and let it cool to 175°F (79°C).
  4. 4. Stir the syrup rapidly until it becomes thick and creamy.
  5. 5. Pour the mixture into molds and let it cool completely.
