  • 1 box Yellow cake mix prepared according to package instructions
  • 2 packages Instant vanilla pudding mix prepared according to package instructions
  • 1 can Crushed pineapple drained
  • 1 can Cherry pie filling
  • 1 container Whipped topping
  • 1 cup Chopped nuts optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Prepare the yellow cake mix according to package instructions and let it cool.
  2. 2. Prepare the instant vanilla pudding mix according to package instructions.
  3. 3. In a punch bowl, layer half of the cake pieces, pudding, pineapple, cherry pie filling, and whipped topping.
  4. 4. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  5. 5. Top with chopped nuts if desired.
  6. 6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
