Pumpkin Tiramisu
A delightful twist on the classic tiramisu with a pumpkin flavor.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup heavy cream whipped
- 1 package ladyfingers
- 1 cup coffee cooled
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder for dusting
In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, mascarpone cheese, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until smooth.
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture.
Dip ladyfingers into the cooled coffee and arrange them in a single layer in a baking dish.
Spread half of the pumpkin mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat with another layer of coffee-dipped ladyfingers and the remaining pumpkin mixture.
Dust the top with cocoa powder. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
