Pumpkin Spice Trifle

Main Ingredients
- 1 can Pumpkin puree
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 package Vanilla pudding mix
- 1 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Crushed gingersnap cookies
- 1 cup Whipped cream
In a mixing bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, milk, vanilla pudding mix, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture.
In a trifle dish, layer the pumpkin mixture, crushed gingersnap cookies, and whipped cream. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of whipped cream.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
