  • 1 cup Milk any type
  • 0.5 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup optional

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Divide mixture into mason jars or containers.
  3. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 8 hours.
  4. Stir well before serving. Enjoy cold or warmed up.
