- 2 cups Mixed nuts
- 1 tablespoon Pumpkin spice
- 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the nuts, pumpkin spice, maple syrup, olive oil, and salt. Mix well to coat the nuts evenly.
Spread the nuts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the nuts are golden and fragrant.
