  • 1 can Pumpkin Puree 15 oz
  • 1 can Evaporated Milk 12 oz
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 cup Butter melted
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, and cinnamon. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the pumpkin mixture.
  5. Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the cake mix.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped pecans evenly over the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool before serving. Enjoy!
