Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Chocolate chips

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, vegetable oil, and egg. Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Dissolve baking soda in milk and add to the pumpkin mixture along with vanilla extract. Mix well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a greased baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on a wire rack.
