Pumpkin Bread Pudding Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups bread, cubed day-old or stale
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup sugar
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, milk, heavy cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
Add cubed bread to the mixture and stir until bread is well coated.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
