Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Vegetable oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, and eggs until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before cutting into bars.
