  • ½ cup Corn Syrup
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar packed
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 8 cups Puffed Wheat Cereal

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the corn syrup, brown sugar, and cocoa powder. Stir until the mixture comes to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, pour the mixture over the puffed wheat cereal. Stir until the cereal is evenly coated.
  5. Press the mixture into a greased baking pan. Let it cool before cutting into squares.
