Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 2 tablespoon butter melted
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts optional
  • ¼ cup raisins optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Brush with melted butter.
  4. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly over the pastry.
  5. Add nuts and raisins if using.
  6. Roll up the pastry tightly and cut into 1-inch slices.
  7. Place rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
